The Senior Technical Asset Manager role comes with a salary of £90,000 - £110,000 plus benefits. Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Technical Asset Manager role Reporting to the Head of Operations and Asset Management you will: Lead the technical asset management team and set KPIs Own portfolio availability, reliability, and performance Manage and optimise BESS and renewable energy assets Oversee O&M contractors and service provider performance Analyse SCADA and operational data to drive optimisation Manage commissioning activities (PAC, IAC, FAC) Ensure HSE, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met Support reporting, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: 10+ years' experience in renewable energy or power operations Strong experience in Renewable Energy Ideally Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Experience leading technical or operational teams Degree in engineering, science, or a technical discipline Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Personal skills The Senior Technical Asset Manager role would suit someone who is: Strong leader with ability to manage and develop teams Analytical and detail focused Commercially aware and performance driven Proactive and solution oriented Well organised and able to manage priorities Salary and benefits of the Senior Technical Asset Manager role £90,000 - £110,000 basic salary Bonus (where applicable) Pension Life Assurance Private Healthcare 25 days holiday plus bank holidays #LI-MN1 INDREN Astute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
