The Site Supervisor role comes with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + company vehicle, fuel card, regular overtime, an annual bonus, 30 days holiday including shutdown days & private healthcare after 6 months.

Responsibilities and duties of the Site Supervisor role:
- Lead and oversee site operations: Manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, operatives, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Drive project delivery and performance: Monitor progress, identify risks, control costs, manage material requirements and variations, and support the Project Manager in achieving project KPIs and objectives.
- Ensure compliance and quality: Enforce health, safety, quality, and environmental (QHSE) standards, conduct audits, complete site inductions and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate and lead effectively: Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, local authorities, and project teams through regular meetings, reporting, feedback, and continuous process improvement while providing leadership and support to direct reports.
Professional qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in cable jointing, safety management, or project management are ideal.
- SSSTS or SMSTS is ideal but not necessary.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
Personal skills:
- Able to communicate effectively both internally and to stakeholders.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
