What You'll Be Doing
- Drive your team to achieve financial and activity related targets
- Coach and mentor the team to deliver a successful high‑performance culture
- Report on team activity to the Head of Sales and manage day‑to‑day operations
- Measure vacancy quality and manage team workflow
- Use internal database and job boards to proactively source high‑calibre candidates
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate experience alongside Recruitment Partners
- Liaise with clients to support Recruitment Partners
What We Want from You
- Previous experience in recruitment (team management experience desirable)
- Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and good communication with adaptability
