Responsibilities and duties of the Junior Project Manager role Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will: Manage activities across a portfolio of ground-mounted solar sites using project management tools Plan, define and coordinate project resource requirements Ensure resources are delivered on time, in the right condition, and within budget Oversee the work of Project Assistants based in India Lead client satisfaction reviews and produce management reports Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Health & Safety, and environmental standards Work in line with the company's Integrated Management System to support quality and HSE objectives Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Experience in a similar junior project management role, ideally within renewables or construction Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with project management tools Good knowledge of quality assurance and Health & Safety principles Full UK driving licence Personal skills The Junior Project Manager role would suit someone who is: Self-motivated, organised, and confident working to tight deadlines Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and willing to occasionally travel and stay overnight Passionate about renewable energy and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment Salary and benefits of the Junior Project Manager role Salary up to £28,000 DOE Company pension scheme 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Additional holiday entitlement with long service Private health insurance Life insurance, death in service, and critical illness cover Wellbeing and employee support programmes On-site parking at the High Wycombe office #LI-MN1 INDREN Astute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
