Astute’s Power team is looking to recruit an O&M Days Team Leader for an Energy from Waste Project in Essex on a 3‑6‑month contract.
Key Skills
- Provide guidance and support to the O&M team on plant operation
- Experience in EFW or Power operational plants and/or EFW or Power plants in O&M Operational and Maintenance stage
- Leadership experience, e.g., as a Shift Team Leader (STL) or supervisory level preferred
- Proven ability to manage plant operations, personnel, and emergency situations in a high‑risk environment
