Astute's Power Team is partnering with a leading Engineering and Industrial Solutions Sub-Contractor who operates in the Power Generation, Utilities, Petrochemical and Heavy Industry sector. As part of their continued growth and investment, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities across site operations.

Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Supervisor role:- Ensure the technicians are on time, clear on requirements, and following HSE.
- Conduct technical reports.
- Assist with work scope preparations (this could include PPE, tooling, QA documents, equipment sign-off documents such as pump requirements).
- Check regularly with customers to ensure the work is being conducted satisfactorily to their requirements.
- Attend safety meetings each month with the team.
- Supervise single projects or outages.
- Ensure scheduled works are met on time and the team understands the requirements of each scope.
- Conduct toolbox talks on larger projects.
- Conduct site audits with team positives and negatives.
- Liaise with engineers, planners, and other departments to coordinate work and resolve problems.
