Responsibilities and duties of the Graduate Quality Engineer role:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures, inspection plans and project quality requirements
- Translate engineering drawings, specifications and standards into effective shop floor controls
- Verify product conformity through inspection and documentation review across fabrication and welding processes
- Identify, report and support investigation of non-conformances, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including traceability records and certification packs
- Assist with internal, customer and third-party audits
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance and resolve issues
