Responsibilities and duties of the Construction Manager role Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for: Establishing and managing the erection plan for allocated projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with HSE, quality, programme, cost, and client requirements. Plan and coordinate project resources in collaboration with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders. Support and guide site personnel to ensure work package objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Develop and implement erection methodologies, including sequencing, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and third parties. Supervise construction site activities, procure installation packages and tools, source third-party personnel, report progress to the Project Director, and proactively manage project risks and deviations.
