Astute's Power team is exclusively partnering with a leader in transforming residual waste into power to recruit a Document Controller for an initial 12 month contract. The Document Controller comes with a rate of £200-£250 per day.

Key Skills

  • Manage the project document control system, ensuring accurate filing, version control, and distribution of drawings and technical documents.
  • Handle daily site administration, including sign-ins, inductions, meeting minutes, notices, and general office coordination.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking project data, PPE, deliveries, KPIs, and site resources.
  • Oversee PPE stock levels, ordering, distribution, and inventory record-keeping.
  • Support site logistics by coordinating deliveries, maintaining registers, and managing site equipment and consumables.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth onsite operations and compliance with project processes.
