Astute's Renewables Team is partnering with a renewable energy investor and asset manager to recruit an Asset Manager for its Dublin office. The Asset Manager role comes with a competitive salary depending on experience plus benefits. Responsibilities and duties of the Asset Manager role:

  • Manage operational wind, solar and BESS assets across Europe
  • Take ownership of technical and commercial performance of assigned assets
  • Lead HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture across sites
  • Manage O&M, PPA, lease and service provider contracts
  • Monitor asset performance, reliability and optimisation opportunities
  • Develop and control annual OPEX budgets and operational spend
  • Produce performance reporting against technical, commercial and ESG KPIs
  • Support stakeholder management including grid operators, landowners and investors

Professional qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in asset management, operations or engineering roles
  • Strong experience in renewable energy (wind, solar or BESS preferred)
  • Degree in engineering, science or related discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • Strong understanding of MV/HV electrical systems
  • Experience managing contracts such as O&M, PPA or EPC agreements
