Astute's Power team are looking to recruit a Civil Supervisor on a 3-month contract for a water treatment project in North London. Key skills Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities on site. Manage and oversee site teams, subcontractors, and labour to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently. Monitor construction progress and ensure works are completed in line with the project programme and specifications. Ensure all civil works are carried out to the required quality standards and in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and risk assessments. Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, environmental, and site compliance requirements. Identify and address potential issues or delays, escalating where appropriate. Provide effective leadership and support to site teams, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment. Must hold an in-date SSSTS & CSCS / CCNSG Card EUSR Water Card / Thames Water Passport (desirable).
