Responsibilities and duties:- Lead the planning, oversight, and delivery of portfolios of commercial solar, battery storage, and EV charging projects.
- Manage projects from initial site assessments through to commercial operation, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, grid operators, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Optimise project performance and client ROI while maintaining rigorous health, safety, and quality standards.
- Provide strategic guidance on programme planning, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Extensive experience in renewable energy programme or project management, ideally across solar PV, BESS, EV, or O&M projects.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale energy projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Formal project management qualifications or equivalent professional experience (desirable but not essential).
- Empathetic, collaborative, and skilled at building trusted partnerships internally and externally.
