Astute is recruiting two O&M Solar Technicians to support major utility-scale solar projects across the West and South Midlands. The roles offer £34,000 to £38,571 per year, plus 10% pension, private healthcare and life insurance, with a start date planned for November 2026.
Reporting to the Senior O&M Technician, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on LV/HV systems, diagnose faults, and ensure ESRs and RAMS are in place.
