Project Administrator (BBBH29180) Wisbech, England
Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading company in the power generation sector to recruit a Project Administrator for the construction of a new Energy from Waste power plant in Wisbech.
The Project Administrator role comes with acompetitive salary+ benefits and is contracted for 40 hours per week with flexibility.
Responsibilities and duties of the Project Administrator role
Reporting to the Project Manageryou will
- Provide administrative support to project and site teams.
- Assist with contract administration and record keeping.
- Maintain and update the document control system.
- Ensure all documentation complies with UK legislation and company policies.
- Monitor and manage site stock and supplies.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Manage visitor access, inductions, and site records.
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting notes, and correspondence.
- Professional qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced project or site environment.
- Background in construction, engineering, or heavy industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and comfortable with digital document management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in minute taking, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
