Astute's Power team are looking to recruit a Site Completion Engineer on an Energy from Waste Project in Essex on a long-term contract.
- Key skills
- Participating in construction final inspections (FIS) with the construction team.
- Coordinating potential design modification with the Project Engineering Manager
- Preparing and reporting progress on Turnover Packages (TOP)
- Coordinating piping support inspections and ATEX inspections with engineering, suppliers, and third-party certifiers
- Ensuring accurate as-built P&IDs are provided, collected, and transferred back to the Project Engineering Manager
- Actively promoting compliance with project HSEQ requirements across the team
- Must have 5+ years' experience within construction on a large-scale industrial plant as a commissioning lead engineer.
- Must have experience on Energy from Waste (EFW) plants and process/operation knowledge of thermal plants
- Strong understanding of P&ID's isometrics, construction drawings and industrial process systems.
