Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the maintenance and operations of our warehouse facilities remotely.
- Administering contracts and service agreements, as well as managing a consolidated budget for the warehouses.
- Monitoring expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations, and overseeing security system implementation and maintenance.
- Conducting regular virtual meetings to ensure alignment on goals, challenges, and operational updates.
- Utilizing remote monitoring tools and facility management software to manage and optimize warehouse operations.
- Assisting warehouse teams in procuring materials through cost-effective strategies.
- Adhering to the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of both the office and residential buildings and their facilities.
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment, including IT infrastructure.
- Addressing any facilities-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Performing hands-on tasks as needed, such as minor repairs and troubleshooting.
- Setting up meetings in the office.
