We are a leading UK distributor of premium and popular fragrance brands, partnering with pharmacies and symbol group shops nationwide. As we expand, we are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to help grow our presence and build strong retail relationships.
You will manage a defined territory, visiting independent pharmacies and symbol retailers to promote our fragrance portfolio, secure new business, and support existing accounts.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
- Identify and open new business opportunities
- Present new launches and seasonal promotions
- Negotiate terms and pricing within company guidelines
- Advise on effective product displays
- Ensure POS materials are in place and updated
- Deliver basic in-store training to retail staff
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
- 2–3 years' field sales experience (FMCG, beauty, or pharma preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and organised
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for fragrances and beauty
- Experience in fragrance or beauty sales
- Knowledge of merchandising principles
- Familiarity with UK pharmacy/symbol shop landscape
