We\βre a leading UK distributor of premium and popular fragrance brands, partnering with pharmacies and symbol group shops nationwide. As we expand, we\βre looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to help grow our presence and build strong retail relationships.
You\βll manage a defined territory, visiting independent pharmacies and symbol retailers to promote our fragrance portfolio, secure new business, and support existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
Identify and open new business opportunities
Present new launches and seasonal promotions
Negotiate terms and pricing within company guidelines
Advice on effective product displays
Ensure POS materials are in place and updated
Deliver basic in-store training to retail staff
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
Qualifications
2β3 years\β field sales experience (FMCG, beauty, or pharma preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and organised
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Full UK driving licence
Passion for fragrances and beauty
Experience in fragrance or beauty sales
Knowledge of merchandising principles
Familiarity with UK pharmacy/symbol shop landscape
Authorized to work in the UK
2+ years of experience in Sales
