Fixed Term Contract
Location: Barlborough
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (FTE) + Benefits
Part-time: 30 hours per week.
Our client is an established SME and is seeking to recruit an experienced accountant to assist for a fixed period of 12 months. The role is responsible for:
- Month end procedures (including production of month end accounts including depreciation, accruals, prepayments, journals etc.) for the UK entity and two smaller associated entities.
- Close working with a purchase/treasury assistant and the Finance Director.
- Compliance and accuracy in financial operations, contributing to informed decisions and financial performance optimisation.
Candidate:
You will need to live commutable to Barlborough as the job requires you to be on site every day. It would be advantageous if you have a positive, can-do attitude as well because the team and department is small and friendly. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a broad spectrum of activities and will on occasions need to ‘muck in’ and do jobs you wouldn’t normally be asked to do. Seeking a qualified or someone who is qualified by experience.
