Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Excellence: Lead and support nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Staff Induction & Supervision: Oversee the induction process for new staff members, provide clinical supervision, and conduct assessments of the nursing team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, CQC/CI Standards, and internal policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Quality Care Delivery: Plan, direct, and execute care strategies that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse: Active NMC PIN and a track record of professional, diligent, empathetic, and reliable work.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home or similar environment is desirable.
  • Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide thoughtful and attentive care in a home environment.
