Overview
I'm currently working on a new Transactional Advisory Services role at the Manager level where we are seeking a candidate who has experience with the TAS service line.
The role for the TAS Manager is due to business growth and led by a new partner who is growing a team! Very exciting times are head! This is a team size of 10-15 people, and we're seeking someone who specifically has experience with Financial Due Diligence working across a number of sectors.
Candidates will be either an assistant manager with strong FDD experience willing to step up, however must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience at this grade, or a Manager who is willing to make a lateral move in order to progress quicker in the future!
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Financial Due Diligence engagements within the Transactional Advisory Services (TAS) practice across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate with a TAS team of 10-15 professionals led by a partner to deliver high-quality client work.
- Support project delivery and progression toward senior TAS roles as the team grows.
Requirements
- From practice with strong Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience.
- Be qualified with ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent; able to lead on projects.
- Hold the right to live/work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
- Available to travel to the office 2–3 times per week.
- Either an Assistant Manager with 2–3 years of experience at this grade seeking a step up, or a Manager willing to make a lateral move to progress more quickly.
