We are now seeking a professional, highly organised, and proactive PA to the Executive Team, a pivotal role at the heart of our leadership during an exciting phase of growth. This is a part time / term time only role, 20 hours per week, 5 days per week. Cross site and hybrid working.

About the Role: As a trusted partner to the Executive Team, you will:
- Provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions with precision
- Enable strong communication and collaboration between the leadership team and stakeholders
About You: You will bring:
- Strong administrative expertise, including advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
- The ability to build relationships with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
- Outstanding planning and organisational capability, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
