The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity as we launch our new Supported Internship within Redbridge Local Authority this September.
The post-holder will be able to bring a wealth of experience to the role, play a key role in shaping the program and developing it into a success from the ground up.
This is a one-year fixed contract, with real potential to be extended to a permanent role in Year 2 of the program.

- Coach young people in CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and workplace success
- Work closely with employers to create exciting opportunities and meaningful work experiences
- Help students develop confidence, independence, travel skills, and self-advocacy
- Collaborate with families, therapists, employers, and education professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes
