About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused People Partner to join our clients HR team supporting HR Projects across the multi-site business during a period of growth and transformation. This is a hybrid role based in South Wales, combining home working with regular on-site collaboration.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to deliver HR Projects, drive engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support OD and workforce planning aligned to growth and transformation.
- Lead and support people related transformation projects across the Group.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and wellbeing.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management best practices as well as championing continuous improvement across people practices.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives driving capability and supporting leadership development and succession planning.
- Use people data and insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.
- Help drive employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or People Partner role ideally within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident managing Projects and TUPE.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) desirable.
