Location: M5 Corridor/South Wales up to £65,000 basic salary plus benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional People Partner to act as the strategic people lead across the region for our Private Equity backed client. Working closely with Directors and senior leaders, you will drive organisational performance through effective workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations leadership, talent management, and change initiatives. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering transformation activity and organisational change programmes while ensuring a positive and engaging colleague experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Directors and senior leaders to deliver the people strategy and support business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning and organisational design initiatives to ensure the business has the capability and structure to meet future demands.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership on complex employee relations matters.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and colleague development programmes.
  • Lead and support organisational change and transformation projects across the region.
  • Ensure a positive colleague experience through effective people practices and engagement initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop People Team capability to deliver high-quality HR support.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner within a multi-site organisation.
  • Significant experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • A strong track record of leading organisational change and transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience of TUPE and associated employment legislation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience coaching and developing HR or People teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
