In this pivotal role, you will shape and deliver a comprehensive talent strategy that strengthens early careers programmes, apprenticeships, and internal mobility pathways. You will oversee the design and evolution of talent frameworks, ensuring they support organisational growth and workforce development. You will take ownership of the performance management framework, driving a high-performance culture through effective processes, tools, and leadership alignment. Leading a small, high-impact team, you will provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to deliver best-in-class talent and performance initiatives.
