About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused People Partner to join our clients HR team supporting HR Projects across the multi-site business during a period of growth and transformation. This is a hybrid role based in South Wales, combining home working with regular on-site collaboration.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to deliver HR Projects, drive engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support OD and workforce planning aligned to growth and transformation.
  • An exciting opportunity to lead and support people related transformation projects across the Group.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and wellbeing.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management.
