About the Role

We are looking for experienced and people-focused People Partners to join our clients HR team supporting managers and employees across the multi-site business during a period of growth and transformation. This is a hybrid role based in South Wales, combining home working with regular on-site collaboration.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to deliver pragmatic HR support, drive engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.
