A multi-site business is seeking an experienced Head of People Services on a 12-month fixed term contract to develop and lead the People Services function and drive the development of a high-performing HR Shared Services team. The role is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality HR services to colleagues across the business, including:
- Employee lifecycle processes
- Payroll management across multiple payrolls
- HR systems and data governance
- Continuous improvement of HR operations and service delivery
