Astronomer is seeking a Vice President of EMEA to lead and scale our go-to-market revenue engine across enterprise and commercial segments. You will own the full sales motion, recruit and coach a high-performance team, and collaborate with Marketing, Field Engineering and Product to drive durable revenue growth.
The role requires a track record of building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth SaaS or data infrastructure environments, selling to data engineering and DevOps personas.
