AstroLabs Talent is on the lookout for a Recruiter to be based in London to join a fast-growing startup that is specialized in AI and Deep tech solutions. In this role, you will own the company's recruitment process, candidate and client management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and implement the recruitment strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Source top talent from different channels and act as a strategic partner for hiring managers
- Be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment (including tech recruitment)
- Agency and startup experience
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment process with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the United Kingdom
