What you can expect:
- Work to agile best practices and cross‑functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects.
- Live in‑person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of products and services, working closely with clients to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- You’ll align priorities with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- You’ll work on a range of assignment types, including rapid strategy development, product design and delivery, and product advisory.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, taking responsibility for defining and prioritising backlogs, overseeing development, and monitoring quality assurance.
- Establish success metrics, such as KPIs and OKRs, to measure impact and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- You’ll also design operating models that support continuous product improvement.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, including design, engineering, delivery, and QA, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication across all phases of delivery.
- Lead complex engagements, managing timelines, budgets, and risks, while ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Contribute to business development, supporting bid management, shaping proposals, and creating case studies to showcase PA’s capabilities and successes.
Qualifications:
- You thrive in problem‑solving and analytical thinking.

- Significant experience leading product development and delivery, with a proven track record of managing multi‑stakeholder environments and delivering complex solutions.
- Experience in a client facing role, either with an agency or consultancy, where you have built strong client relationships and owned assignment outcomes.
- Experience of leading proposals.
- Comfortable working across all PA industries including Consumer & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence & Security, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Transport.
- Expertise in product management, service design, and digital strategy methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise data, research, and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex ideas in a structured, intuitive way.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment across disciplines and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance. All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
