What You Can Expect
- Be part of our management team, build and lead teams to help shape and launch new data & analytics propositions and drive strategic business growth.
- Lead business development initiatives — building trusted client relationships, owning outcomes, and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Guide our energy and utilities clients through complex digital & data challenges, combining strategic insight with technical expertise.
- Support our team’s growth through technical leadership, coaching, knowledge-sharing, and creating opportunities for them to thrive.
- Contribute to thought leadership and market offerings that position PA at the forefront of digital innovation in consumer.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data science leadership and/or consulting roles, ideally within energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors (E&U).
- Experience leading AI, advanced analytics, data and/or digital capability development to design, build, deploy & scale data analytics products and solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering complex, high-value programmes and projects.
- An established network of senior stakeholders in the Energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors and/or data and technology industry, with a proven ability to build and grow long-term client relationships and partnerships.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of developing and selling consulting or data-driven analytical propositions or products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
- A deep understanding of analytics, data, AI, digital technology and solutions landscape.
- A degree, Masters or PhD from a leading university in data science, mathematics, operational research, physics, or statistics.
- Desirable experience in the software or product development lifecycle for analytical solutions, e.g. could include managing analytical solutions across the discovery, development/prototype, rollout, implementation and managed service stages.
- Existing relationships and proven track record delivering work in the water, electricity, gas, nuclear or infrastructure sectors.
