Sitting at the heart of our personalised Care Technology offer, this role involves supporting the development and delivery of bespoke Care Technology solutions for vulnerable individuals with more complex or unique needs. Working closely with Argenti partners and social care practitioners, you will support processing complex Care Technology referrals by exploring innovative, tailored options to help meet the desired outcomes and challenges of the people we support.

You will need to be highly skilled at engaging with social care professionals, hosting regular conversations to fully draw out key needs, risks, and aspirations, and working together to co-design the most effective technology-enabled solutions. You’ll have access to our full portfolio of Argenti Care Technology products, and your specialist knowledge will be essential in matching the right technology (or combination of technologies) to the needs of individuals facing the most complex situations. The ability to think flexibly and creatively is crucial, as is an openness to sourcing or proposing new solutions for testing and piloting where existing options don’t meet requirements.

Working within the West London Council, with the opportunity to work across our Argenti services, you will:

  • Work in partnership with social care professionals: Collaborate closely with frontline colleagues, drawing out key needs and challenges, and co‑designing bespoke, person‑centred solutions for complex cases.
  • Advise and support: Guide social care practitioners in identifying and specifying needs for complex Care Technology referrals, ensuring each recommendation is both evidence-based and innovative.
  • Support specialist Care Technology installations: Complete installations of specialist Care Technology equipment for complex cases, including in supported living schemes, for virtual support, and with children and families.
  • Champion service user outcomes: Ensure every solution is truly person-centred, aspirational, and enhances independence, wellbeing, and safety.
  • Document and share learnings: Capture and communicate insights from complex cases, contributing to best practice across the Argenti partnership and with council partners.
  • Contribute to Argenti-wide innovation and evaluation: Play an active role in the ongoing innovation and evaluation process, working with the Argenti Innovation Specialist to influence the future of care technology.

You will report to the Argenti Programme Manager and work closely with the wider team, as well as partners across the council and provider network.

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Collaborative team player with strong partnership-working skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working across varied scenarios.
