Responsibilities
- Join our Digital & Data team working alongside product, design and a wide range of other experts and cross‑disciplinary teams to bring ideas to life through innovative software solutions.

- Work in a hybrid setting – required to be in the office or on client site a minimum of two days per week.
- Engage in a wide variety of projects and tech stacks across seven sectors, each presenting a unique challenge.
- Collaborate within our supportive tech community through knowledge‑sharing, peer‑level support, coaching and mentoring.
- Deepen expertise through our culture of learning and growth – budget for courses and certifications.
- Apply agile best practices, working cross‑functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders to solve problems for clients and internal projects.
- Participate in live in‑person whiteboard sessions and asynchronous communication via Teams.
Qualifications
- Established consulting professional with experience delivering projects focused on data protection and privacy laws.
- Experience consulting with Life Sciences or Financial Services sector clients is preferred.
- Proven knowledge of relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations such as CCPA, EU GDPR, Privacy Shield, and industry standards like GAPP and BCR.
- Relevant qualifications (CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, CISM, CISSP, HCISSP, or involvement in IAPP, ISACA, (ISC)²) are desirable; training will be supported for those lacking them.
- Hands‑on experience with One Trust technical configuration and integration with other systems.
- Experience in Consent Management and/or in Pharma/Med Tech sector is preferred.
- Able to understand client organisations and business models to tailor processes to privacy requirements.
- Effective communication with stakeholders in business, legal, IT, and security about data protection and privacy matters.
- Analytical mindset focused on producing quality work in a results‑oriented environment.
- UK security clearance may be required; residents of the UK with at least five years continuous residency or British citizenship qualify.
