We work with a wide range of clients across seven sectors, delivering innovative digital solutions. As a member of our Digital & Data team, you will collaborate across product, design, and cross‑disciplinary teams to turn ideas into scalable software applications. Work on a broad variety of projects and tech stacks for clients across seven sectors – no project is ever the same. Engage with teams in client settings or in the office in a hybrid model (minimum two days per week). Collaborate with colleagues through knowledge‑sharing, peer support, coaching and mentoring. Deepen your expertise through learning and growth – receive budget for courses and certifications. Advocate for the right technology for the right task, including Data Bricks, Python, PySpark, R, Excel, Palantir Foundry and PowerBI. Use agile best practices, cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to internal and client projects. Participate in live white‑boarding sessions and asynchronous communication via Teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, Masters or PhD in data science, mathematics, operational research, physics, or statistics.
- Experience conducting evidence‑based analysis, designing and developing models, and supporting data‑centric decision making.
- Experience translating business needs into analytical approaches and communicating findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience across the full analytics and modelling lifecycle – problem formulation, exploratory data analysis, model design, build, testing and hand‑over.
- Proficiency with python, SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools.
- Experience delivering solutions in advanced analytics, data science, algorithm design, operational research modelling, data engineering, big‑data & cloud platforms, or dashboard development.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and curiosity.
Desirable Skills
- Stakeholder, project management and communication skills; consulting and advisory experience.
- Experience in the software or product development lifecycle for analytical solutions (discovery, prototype, rollout, implementation, managed service).
- Experience presenting to clients and developing behavioural science propositions.
Security Clearance (UK)
