Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site. Travel to client site will be necessary as and when the client requires. Location - This role will be based in Victoria, London.

Qualifications:

• Market sector knowledge: You will know the financial services market sector well and create solutions that are specific to a client’s market context.
• Transformation Management: Experienced in shaping and leading all facets of an agile transformation at scale.
• Business Design and Operating Model: Applying your experience of business design and agile operating models.
• Agile ways of working: Experience in helping executives and senior leaders understand and adopt agile ways of working.
• Shared Services and Operations: Understanding how to drive the interlock between engineering, shared services and operations.
• Executive enablement: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Education: Experience in shaping and implementing agile content.
• Lean Portfolio Management (LPM): Applied expertise in LPM practices.
• Product Management: Experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience in helping critical enabling functions understand organisational agility.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate typical attributes gained either through your consulting experience or applied industry roles. You will display applied analytic thinking, client centricity, collaboration, communication and stakeholder management.
