The Role

  • Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
  • Providing 1:1 support for a child with special educational needs
  • Delivering small group and individual interventions
  • Helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment

Requirements

  • Primary area of need: Communication and Interaction
  • Additional needs in Cognition and Learning, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), and Physical/Sensory development
  • Awaiting assessment for ASC and ADHD
  • Strong visual learning and number recognition skills
  • Requires support with attention, communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction

  • Needs help with fine motor skills and safety awareness
