Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding role in Secondary Education? Astro Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support Secondary Schools across Cheshire East, including Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Northwich, Knutsford, Congleton, Macclesfield, Winsford and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible.

About the Opportunity
Astro Education is placing experienced Cover Supervisors in a range of roles across Secondary schools, suitable for:
- Part-time, full-time, long-term and permanent positions
- KS3, KS4 and KS5 classrooms
- Flexible schedules that respect your work–life balance
Daily rate: £100–£130 per day (dependant on experience).
What You Will Do
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver lesson plans confidently in the absence of the class teacher
- Maintain purposeful learning environments across Secondary settings
- Supervise and support pupils across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- Work with diverse groups of learners, including those with additional needs
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations in line with school culture
This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors, teachers seeking flexible work, semi-retired professionals, or candidates with transferable experience across education, youth, or care sectors.
