Astro Education is working with a secondary school in South Manchester to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic QTS-qualified Business Studies Teacher to join their team.
We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable teacher who can deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspire students to develop their understanding of the business world, and support them in achieving their full academic potential.
This is a full teaching role , involving lesson planning, delivery, assessment and marking. The successful candidate will take responsibility for their classes, ensuring lessons are well structured, engaging and aligned with the curriculum.

The Role
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Teach the relevant curriculum, developing students' knowledge of business, enterprise, finance and the wider commercial world.
Take full responsibility for lesson planning, preparation, assessment and marking.
Prepare KS4 students for GCSE Business Studies examinations.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
Maintain strong classroom management and promote a positive learning environment.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving and real-world application of business concepts.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery and raise attainment.
