Astrid Collective is a commercial fit-out delivery company, creating high-quality hospitality venues, retail spaces and health keep projects on time and on budget Work closely with our site managers to plan, sequence and drive delivery on site Run and co-ordinate subcontractors and suppliers — procurement, on-site management and performance Act as the main point of contact for clients, designers and consultants Manage project commercials day to day — variations, valuations and cost control Own health willing to travel to sites further afield where required Confident running projects independently, owning both programme and commercials Strong with subcontractor and client relationships; calm, organised and solutions-focused Good working knowledge of CDM 2015 and site health SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid an advantage Self-motivated and happy to take ownership in a growing, hands-on business Terms We're flexible on how this role is structured — permanent and salaried, or self-employed/contract, whatever works best for the right person.
Pay is competitive and dependent on experience.
