Responsibilities

  • You truly Host from the Heart, radiating warmth, being fully present, taking ownership of every interaction and bringing intention to the smallest moments.

  • You’ll inspire our community with styling advice, executing precise and aesthetically pleasing piercings – all with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine love for what you do.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

  • Portfolio Approval – one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio.
  • Life Story & Values – a 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
  • Interview with Store Manager – a 30-minute video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role.
  • In-Store Technical Interview – you’ll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo.

Qualifications

  • This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1.5 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey.
