The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
- Portfolio Approval – one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio.
- Life Story & Values – a 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
- Interview with Store Manager – a 30-minute video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role.
- In-Store Technical Interview – you’ll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo.

- This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1.5 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey.
