Shine as a leader on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you. Hold space with care and compassion, especially during more emotional or sensitive moments. Champion safety and excellence, taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio, while proactively managing and maintaining piercing supplies to the highest standard. Your artistry is celebrated, your growth is championed and your impact is limitless. Our studios are fully disposable and stocked with high-quality tools from top suppliers like Probodyart and Stiletto — prioritising safety, precision and professionalism in every piercing. We’re a growing brand committed to continuous learning. We work to APP standards, offer ongoing education for our Piercers and value your expertise as part of our ever-evolving journey.
Interview Process & Candidate Experience
- Portfolio Approval — one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio.
- Life Story & Values — a 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
- Interview with Store Manager — a 30-minute video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role.
- In-Store Technical Interview — you’ll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo.

Qualifications
This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1½ years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey. A values champion and brand ambassador, our values resonate deeply with you. You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you. You’re always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have. You’re able to stay grounded during more difficult and sensitive interactions, always leading with empathy.

Hours & Salary
Hours: 12 hours per week. Weekend working is preferred. If you’re unable to work on weekends, please let us know ahead of your Life Story and Values Interview. Salary & Benefits: £17 p/h + commission.
