Location: Bicester Village, UK. Hours: 20 hours per week. Weekend working is preferred. If you are unable to work on weekends, please let us know ahead of your Life Story and Values Interview. Salary & Benefits: £17 p/h + commission.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience:
- Portfolio Approval - one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio.
- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
- Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role.
- In-Store Technical Interview - you will meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo.
Feedback: We are committed to creating the best candidate experience we can for you. You will receive feedback over the phone or email at every stage in the process once you have had an interview so that we can set you up for success and help fuel your growth.
