The Workshop Production Assistant Mission: To contribute in a dual-function role across bench production and workshop co-ordination. The workshop production assistant will ensure the bespoke programmes are delivered to a high standard, while supporting the day-to-day co-ordination of the workshop.
How you'll drive success:
- Bench jeweller
- Produce Story Chain and service programmes to Astrid & Miyu quality standards
- Support testing and development of new programmes
- Manage bench work to meet production timelines
- Complete quality control and repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain tools, materials, and workspace in good order
- Uphold workshop standards for craftsmanship, safety, and material care
Admin Support:
- Support day-to-day workshop organisation
- Process and dispatch customer orders and repairs
- Prepare and transport items to the Assay Office
- Assist with organisation of components, materials, and finished stock
- Track and report weekly production and trade order data
- Support stock control, including movements, counts, and audits (in collaboration with Ops and Logistics)
- Carry out QC on story chain orders post-Assay, ready for shipment
- Assist with repairs and returns from intake to completion

- Bench experience working with 9–14ct gold
- Consistent production of Story Chain pieces to the required quality standard
- Reliable completion of bench work within agreed timelines
- Strong attention to detail and care in handling materials and finished pieces
- Proactive support of workshop operations and team needs
- Maintaining an organised and efficient working environment
- A collaborative and dependable approach to supporting the workshop team
