Location: London, Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week in the office).

Salary & Benefits: £50,000 + bonus.

The Wholesale Manager Mission: The Retail Partnerships and Wholesale side of the business is growing rapidly and we have some ambitious and very exciting plans for 2026 - last year we launched the brand in Canada, USA and continued our European expansion. The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for driving this growth even further through global strategic wholesale partnerships. Leading the department strategy, they will constantly seek out opportunities for growth to increase revenue and brand awareness.

How you’ll drive success:

  • Create and lead the department strategy, with the autonomy to make a positive impact.
  • Manage the department budget, revenue, margin and overheads, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Monitor and review new and existing trading terms to ensure account longevity and increased profitability, consistently identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and nurture the Partnerships team and their development plans.
  • Build strong relationships with department stakeholders across logistics, Merchandising, Finance & Product to ensure Partnerships are in line with the company strategy, budget and the assortment is kept up to date.
  • As a brand ambassador, you’ll build strong relationships with external partners across both wholesale and concession accounts.
  • Compile weekly and monthly trade reports alongside the wider team to monitor progress and identify risk.
  • Lead Bi Annual selling seasons and meetings ensuring the team is clear on objectives, targets and assortment for the season.

What you’ll need to thrive:

  • Minimum of 2 years in an Account Manager/Wholesale Manager role.
  • Strong buyer contacts across global department stores and independent retailers.
  • Analytical and Commercial mindset.
  • Agile and willing to change course in an ever changing market environment.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage revenue alongside strategy to make sure the brand is placed with the right, key partners.
  • Flexibility to travel to new markets.
  • Great relationship builder both internally and externally.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of key trading terms.
  • Strong knowledge of margins and costing across multiple currencies.
