Location: London with flexibility to support across various locations in central London.

Salary & Benefits: £20 p/h + commission.

The Piercer Mission: As a leader in your craft, you’ll be the friendly face our customers rely on to bring their piercing dreams to life with skill, creativity, and genuine care. Moving between our London stores, you’ll provide consistent, heartfelt support wherever you’re needed, helping us create meaningful experiences and grow a welcoming community for all piercing lovers. This is a 27-hour (Wed-Sun) flexible contract designed to provide sickness & holiday cover and support across all our London stores. You will be contacted each morning by an Area Manager to confirm the location where your assistance is needed for that day.

• Shine as a leader on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you.
• Hold space with care and compassion, especially during more emotional or sensitive moments.
• Champion safety and excellence, taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio, while proactively managing and maintaining piercing supplies to the highest standard.

What you’ll need to thrive:

• You are flexible, adaptable and happy to support different London stores on short notice as needed. This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1.5 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience:

• Portfolio Approval - one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio.
• Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
• Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role.
• In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo.
