The Associate Producer Mission: Bring the Astrid & Miyu brand to life by producing exceptional campaigns and e-commerce shoots. Working across Creative, Social, and Marketing, you will deliver inspiring, on-time, and on-budget content that connects with our community and elevates our cult jewellery brand.
How you'll drive success:
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and support the development of the Production Coordinator.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Social, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to align priorities and deliverables.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the production lifecycle.
- Production & Logistics
- Lead the production process from initial planning through to final delivery, working closely with the Integrated Producer and Creative Producer to execute both large scale campaigns and commercial shoots.
- Create timelines, shoot schedules, and call sheets; manage travel, accommodation, permits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and formatted correctly for social, ecommerce, wholesale, CRM, and paid media.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Forecast and manage production budgets to maximise efficiency without sacrificing creative quality.
- Source, book, and maintain relationships with freelance talent, agencies, creators, and production partners.
- Continuously optimise production workflows and processes.
What you'll need to thrive:
- 2+ years of production experience (creative, content, or campaign) within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record producing large-scale campaigns and managing/mentoring junior team members.
- An established network of photographers, videographers, creators, stylists, and production suppliers is a major plus.
- Strong ability to handle budgets, schedules, and complex logistics for multiple concurrent productions.
