Role Purpose As the ultimate brand & product experience gatekeeper, you will elevate the A&M brand and product experience in store, aligning with our core values & mission. Key Responsibilities Inspire and innovate visual merchandising through creative displays and styling, in line with brand direction. Collaborate with Area Management and Merchandising teams to ensure consistency and drive commercial success. Execute strategic visual merchandising to enhance customer experience, always keeping the customer at the center of decisions. Coordinate with in-store management for display planning and execution. Work with the VM team to maintain brand story alignment. Assist in the installation of new window displays and concepts. Use sales data to inform display decisions and optimize product placement. Monitor inventory levels and manage incoming product deliveries. Create memorable customer and team experiences through leading by example and coaching. Contribute to overall store success by embodying our core values and mission. Qualifications & Skills Deep alignment with our values and brand ambassador mindset. Results-driven with proactive competitor research skills. Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in flagship stores, with a portfolio of innovative displays. Positive, enthusiastic attitude inspiring those around you. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
