Location: Cardiff
Hours: 12 hours per week on a 9-12 months FTC. Weekend working is preferred. If you're unable to work on weekends, please let us know ahead of your Values Interview.

How you'll drive success:
- Champion safety and excellence, taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio, while proactively managing and maintaining piercing supplies to the highest standard.
- Inspire our community with styling advice, executing precise and aesthetic piercings - all with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine love for what you do.
- Host from the Heart, creating a warm, intentional space where every customer feels seen, valued and cared for, while holding space with empathy and compassion, especially during sensitive moments.
- Lead on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you.
